The final game of the round robin portion of the 2008 Canadian Senior Little League Championship between the Glace Bay Tim Hortons Antonians and the Orleans Red Sox has officially been cancelled. 

With Glace Bay leading 2-0 in the bottom of the third inning the game was suspended due to a torrential downpour that went through the southern Ontario region.  It was decided by Little League Canada officials that since the result of the game would have no affect on the final round robin standings that the game would be cancelled.

Crews from the Town of Oakville Department of Recreation & Culture and Parks & Open Spaces are working rto eady River Oaks Park for the start of the Page Playoff game between the 3rd Place Glace Bay Antonians and 4th Place Community Park Reds from Edmonton.  The game is scheduled for a 2:30 pm start tomorrow, Thursday, August 6th.
